ARCADE GROUP, Engineers and contractors started functioning in 1990 with K. Vinod Kumar as Managing partner and K Santhosh Kumar as partner , in the 1st floor of Al- Ameen building , killiparamba lane , Link road ,Calicut , the office was set there . nitially only consultancy and supervision were done by the company. To make the company as one of the top in the construction field was the dream and efforts started at the time of opening itself. Gradually construction works of residential houses were taken up and completed implementing the modern techniques and according to the latest trend.

School buildings, and Hostel buildings , Multistoried residential buildings, charitable and educational institution etc. many works costing more than 100 lakhs were completed successfully. This is another concern of Arcade Engineers & Builders. This firm started in 2002 with Sri K. Vinod Kumar and K. Santhosh Kumar as Managing Partners and Smt. K.K. Jyothi as partner. The firm taken up the distribution & sales of Aerocon Panel which is used in the construction of building.

Later the distribution and sales stopped and the firm focused on construction of multistoried buildings and has taken up and completed many multistoried building or major building and educational institutions within the stipulated time without compromising the quality of work
