He is the founder of L G Sea Foods, an established Sea food factory in Cochin started in 1988 and one of the first few companies in the country which pioneered the exports of live seafoods worldwide.
LG Fashions, garments exports factory at Chennai, one of the oldest and renowned garment exporters centered in Chennai also form part of his vast business empire, which has earned him high respect and goodwill throughout the years. His expertise and command over real estate industry needs no mention as they are evident from the projects he has completed in the past years which includes: Akaria Arcade ( Nine Storied Apartment Project in Cochin ) - Work started on 1993 , completion on 1996, G+ 9 floors , Area - 60,000 Sqft LG Towers ( Commercial shopping and Hotel Complex in Cochin) - Work started on 1996 completion 2000 , Basement G+ 6 floors ,Area 40,000 Sqft His presence in the Board of Directors of Bee-Line highlights the credibility of Bee-line as the outcome will be successful luxury Residential and Commercial projects in the coming years in India

P K Sreejith Kumar is the Managing Director and co founder of Beeline Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd. A reputed business visionary who hails from Vadakara in Calicut and is highly respected by people across kerala. He is a legend and an epitome of the fact that honesty, transparency, and moral integrity are not at variance with business acumen. He is set to introduce new standards in real estate sector in India, which will change the way we dreamt of homes and offices. His experience range from different business entities. To mention a few: M.P Narayanan & company an ancestral business concern existing for last 110 years dealing in tobacco business. His versatility in the real estate areas is evident by his contribution in completing the first private bus terminal project in Kerala ranging to 50,000Sq Feet and a full-fledged Commercial Complex under the name and style "Regent Plaza" adjacent to that at Ramanattukara-Calicut. He also served as Director of Clearway Builders Pvt ltd on its beginning stage and voluntarily retired from the company to focus on his own business area
