The mission of Blue Devils FC is to be the best soccer development organization in Canada with a complete player development pathway from U4 years to League1 Ontario, leading to playing opportunities for Blue Devils players at the collegiate, professional and national team levels in Canada and around the world. As the modern game evolves, the Blue Devils FC is committed to continued coaching education and delivering best practices and teaching methods to our players.
 
The Blue Devils Academy is the official player development program of Blue Devils FC. The Blue Devils Academy provides a complete player pathway for aspiring and talented young players, progressing from U8 through to League1 Ontario. The Academy comprises the Junior Academy (U8 to U12), the Youth Academy (U13 to U15) and the Senior Academy (U16 to U18).

The Blue Devils Academy provides a professional environment for elite players aspiring to pursue opportunities in both college and university, Provincial and National teams, together with professional clubs both domestically and internationally.
