If you are looking for the Best Martial Arts in Colindale, then contact Edgware Choi Kwang Do. We are a Martial Arts school holding weekly classes in Edgware. Choi Kwang Do was developed by Grandmaster Kwang Jo Choi between 1978 and 1987. We took over the running of the Edgware Choi Kwang Do in 2018, and have been working ever since on helping our students progress in their training. We teach Practical Self Defence skills but believe that Martial Arts is not just about blocking, kicking, and punching. It is also about respect, self-discipline, personal development, and well-being. Our goal is to help all of our students with each of these areas through our confidence-building Martial Arts for all ages.
