Homz n Roomz is a venture started by the Vikrasankandi group. The Vikrasankandi group has been in business for more than 50 years.
 In the furniture field, the humble beginning was in 2002 with the opening of a small factory in Calicut. In 2003,
 the first show room was opened at West Hill in Calicut. Vikrasankandi Wood Complex has been serving the customers ever since.
 In 2009, Homz n Roomz brand was launched with its first furniture retail showroom opening in Pavangad, Calicut. New showrooms
were opened in 2012 at Puthiyangadi, Calicut and in 2016 at Vadakara, Calicut.
