Before this, I achieved my BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and started my training career at Les Mills where I worked for 7 years. While studying for my degree, I Initially started a sports internship and worked as a sports trainer and instructor at Unisports UoA before focusing on personal training. I've lived in Auckland my whole life and I currently live in Avondale. Health and exercise is my passion, in particular, I enjoy playing golf, running marathons, and competing in bodybuilding. I prioritize circuit training to help people achieve their exercise goals.
