As a founder of Tanishq Haveli, I started my journey after completing my education. Before one decade in Manali, there were no Hotels and Restaurants in Manali. At that time, we noticed that live cooking is one of the several trends that have grabbed on in Indian kitchens. We quickly realized the need for a live kitchen. Live cooking makes the dining experience more engaging and exciting. In the live kitchens, chefs put more emphasis on Food preparations. It ensures customers are confident that they are having food cooked in a kitchen with the highest level of sanitary and safety standards.
