Established in the year 1973 under the leadership of Mr. Tom Thomas our current chairman, the Kondody group has witnessed immense growth and expansion since its initials beginnings as a private bus operator in the high ranges of Central Kerala. The group has since diversified into several areas like bus bodybuilding, and later into the hospitality industry. Greeenwoods is one such initiative of the Kondody group headed by our managing director, Mr. Rahul Tom who leads every initiative at Greenwoods with his passion for the environment and nature. The resort promotes and believes in the idea that every person and nature is an embodiment of God and that there needs to be a perfect unison in this relationship.
